Last night, at the Salle de Bal du Marché Bonsecours in Montreal, the 43rd annualth Gala Gutenberg. More than 450 enthusiasts celebrated the excellence of print!
The Cocktail Reception, the Exhibit Hall and the
Gutenberg Awards Ceremony were held in a wonderful atmosphere.
The Gutenberg Gala is the premier event of the printing industry. It highlights the talent, creativity, and expertise of its artisans.
"The Committee has worked very hard to prepare this 43th Gutenberg and was privileged to have the support of many partners, including Imperial Dade Canada's exclusive consumable program in partnership with Technorol, our Diamond partner, and our Platinum partners: Bobst, Canon, Fujifilm, Konica Minolta, Les Plastiques Laird, Ricoh, Sustana and Xerox. We would also like to thank our Gold, Silver and Bronze partners, who proudly support the Gutenberg," explains Serge Loubier, President of the 43th Gutenberg. "New companies have distinguished themselves through their creativity and innovation. The Committee is delighted to welcome both very small and very large companies from a variety of production sectors as new participants in the Competition. Proud of their achievements, these newcomers have proposed original pieces involving major technical challenges," says Serge Loubier.
This year, the Mention Hors Québec became the “Gutenberg Hors Québec”. This distinction has attracted new entrants to the Competition. This prize is awarded to the piece printed in Canada, but outside Quebec, with the highest score in all categories. “We're very pleased with the growing interest in the Competition and Gala,” says Serge Loubier.

The 43th Gala Gutenberg took place on May 29 at Montreal's Marché Bonsecours.
"I'm extremely proud to have been able to take part in the fantastic evening that was the 43th Gala Gutenberg. The Marché Bonsecours in Old Montreal was decked out in its finest finery to welcome us in a magnificent setting. Participants were dressed in their most elegant attire, adding a touch of sophistication to this festive event. It was truly the perfect occasion for a well-deserved reunion of industry colleagues. Newcomers were able to appreciate the excellence of the pieces presented and the expertise of Canadian and Quebec printers, with a special mention for our colleagues from the West! A big thank you to all those who took the time to prepare their entries and who accompanied us on this unique evening. Until next year," concludes Serge Loubier, President of Gutenberg 2025.
